On November 24th, Gen.G successfully signed Peanut. This is a part of the series of drastic roster changes that Gen.G has been going through after the underwhelming group stage finish at 2018 World Championship.
Peanut is mechanically talented jungler, well known for his aggressive plays around the map, coning the term “battle-warding”. Having found success in many different teams such as SK Telecom T1 and Kingzone Dragon X, it is likely he will continue to deliver performance in his new team.

Earlier this month, Gen.G had renewed contracts with their old core members in Lee “Cuvee” Seong-jin and Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk, as well as Song “Fly” Yong-jun, the team’s mid laner who joined Gen.G at the start of this year’s Summer split.
Gen.G looks bring extensive changes to their core identity and reclaim the organization’s dynasty in Season 2019.
